Mark has worked with historic tax credit projects as first a consultant, then a developer, for over 10 years. He has a passion for cultivating historic renovations and navigating tax credits and other incentives. A lot of his work has taken place in Virginia, where he learned and mastered historic preservation — knowledge he has since brought back to Oklahoma to apply to local communities.
Mark has owned, run, and operated successful businesses for over 20 years. As founder of Larson Development, he acts as a hands-on developer while also taking an active role in managing the company's extensive portfolio, having successfully completed several multi-million dollar projects.
