In 1919 this building was built for a Feed & Hay Mill and was a thriving business for a great number of years. When the doors closed 11 years later, a locally owned company by the name of Custom Stage Curtain’s ran their business for decades. The buildings sat vacant for 26 years before we obtained the property and renovated them into 27 loft and loft-style apartments.
