The principal owner of Larson Development is Mark Larson. Mark has worked with historic tax credit projects as first a consultant then developer for over 10 years. He has a passion for cultivating historic renovations and dealing with tax credits and other incentives. A lot of Mark’s work has taken place in Virginia where he learned and mastered historic preservation. The intent was to bring this knowledge and skill back to Oklahoma and apply these same principles to other local communities.
Mark Larson has owned, run and operated successful businesses for over 20 years. As founder of Larson Development, he has found a passion for practicing real estate development, with emphasis on tax credit and structured finance transactions. He acts as a hands-on developer while also taking an active role in managing the company’s extensive portfolio. Mark has successfully completed several multi-million dollar projects.
